   1.      My first and foremost lose weightdiet tip is to drink plenty of water. It will not only flush away those nasty toxins out of your body but will also make you feel full and you will eat less. 

   2.      Make it a habit to start your meal with a glass of water about half an hour before. 

   3.      Beware of soda & those bottled drinks. The more you cut down on the intake of these drinks, the better for you.

   4.      Eat water based fruits such as watermelon.

   5.      Avoid drinking of fruit juice instead go for fresh fruits.

   6.      Increase your intake of fibers; your body needs it. So include loads of salad and fresh fruits in your diet.

   7.      Go for 6 small meals in a day rather than those 3 heavy meals.

   8.      Control you sweet tooth.

   9.      Reduce your intake of tea and coffee.
 
   10.  Do not skip meals.
