Let your "Skin" be "Summer" ready

1. Do not forget to exfoliate your skin with a good exfoliator. Scrub from Lotus is recommended. Exfoliate your skin once in a week at least.

2. Even though it is summer you can not forget to moisturize your skin, if you have oily skin then add a few drops of water in the moisturizer but make sure your moisturizer contains a sunblock also minimum 40-50 SPF. I would recommend Neutrogena Ultra sheer Dry-touch sunblock, it adds glow to your face and at the same time will not make your face oily.

3. Do not just apply sunblock on your face but every part of your body which is exposed to sun should be sunblock protected.

4. Apply sunblock every 1 or 2 hrs, to ensure that you are sun sure. Do not use your unused sunscreen of last year.

5. Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before stepping out in the sun.

6. Do net neglect your feet as in this season almost everyone wear open toe shoes or slippers. Get Pedicure done at least once in a month or do it at home. Use moisturizer daily on your feet.

7. Do not leave your feet without a glamorous nail polish. You can choose vibrant colors to flaunt for this season.

8. Use a pack of fuller's earth or sandalwood powder mixed with rose water,, it is the best and cost effective.

9. If you have very dry skin then Mix a little coconut milk along with an egg yolk and milk powder to
form a thick mixture. Apply this paste to your face and leave it on until is completely dry before washing it off with warm water. This mask will help to replenish lost vitamin, proteins and fatty acids and is perfect for people suffering from dry skin on the face.

10. Try this to have flauntable feet : add a few drops of coconut oil to a tub of warm water and soak your feet in it. Use either a hard brush or a pumice stone to scrub away thick excess skin from your soles. Use gentle circular motions while scrubbing and never use sharp objects to pare down hard skin. Once you are done, massage your feet with a generous amount of baby lotion.

11. Do not forget to drink plenty of water.
