3. Choose light color crockery. Studies have shown that dark colors aggravate your appetite.
4. Do not eat when you are tensed, people in stress are prone to over eating.
5. Make it a point to at least 10 glasses of water a day; it will increase your metabolism. The higher the metabolism, the slimmer you are.
6. Go to your colleague downstairs after meal. Always use stairs to go up to the cafeteria for a meal.
7. Park your car at the end of the parking area, so that you can burn some calories.
