Stuck at home, have no time to go to gym or you can not afford a gym. Stop giving excuses to yourself, here are some weight loss exercises to reduce fat from your abdominal area:

1. Stomach tuck in: This is one of my favorite weightloss exercise. Sit upright against the back of a chair. Breathe out and suck in your stomach simultaneously. Hold this posture for 2-3 seconds with your stomach held in as much as possible. Breathe in as you release your stomach. It is very simple and you can do it anywhere.
2. Twist your waist: Sit fully upright on a chair with feet flat on the floor slightly apart. Bend your arms to touch your shoulders with your fingertips. Slowly twist the elbows, arms and shoulders as if you are turning to look over your shoulder. Throughout the turn keep your abdominal muscles tensed. Once you have reached as far round as is comfortable, slowly rotate back round to the opposite side, then return to the starting position. The best weightloss exercise to reduce love handles.
3. Sit ups: Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor, legs bent at a 45 degree angle and hands resting underneath the neck. Lift the back and head off the floor and towards the legs. The feet, buttocks and small of the back remain on the floor. Roll the shoulders upwards towards the knees, lifting the head and top of the back off the floor.
