Selangor Chief Minister, Amirudin Shari launched Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS)’s newest affordable development, Selangorku Idaman Residensi officiated in Section 6, Selangor Cyber Valley (SCV).

This is part of PKNS’s initiative to build affordable housing units to provide opportunities to the M40 and B40 groups a chance to own their own homes. Great news for the community!

PKNS Corporate Communication Manager, Ishak bin Hashim said PKNS’ commitment to build more affordable homes such as the Selangorku Idaman Residensi is in alignment to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government’s goal to build one million affordable homes or Rumah Mampu Milik (RMM) over the next 10 years.

“Selangorku Idaman Residensi spans across 14.41 acres (58,328 square meters) of land. The development consists of 864 units where each unit comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and includes two car parks per unit,” he elaborated.
